1. Submit topics to Open Forum by 5 pm Monday
If you have a topic for discussion submit it through the Open Forum link on the website by 7 pm Monday so it can be added to the Agenda. You will also have the opportunity to ask question through the Chat tool in Zoom during the  Open Forum.

2.  Register

4.    Record your attendance
When you login to the meeting, if your name is not displayed in Zoom the host will ask for your name and address to record your attendance.

5.    Participate via Chat in Zoom
If you have a question or comment during the meeting locate the CHAT tab at the bottom of your Zoom screen to send a message to the Host or select “raise your Hand” to ask a question
