| The June HOA Board meeting is tonight… Tuesday, June 18th at 7 PM in the cabana. All homeowners are invited to attend the monthly board meetings. Mark your calendars now for the next meeting on Tuesday, July 16. Important Requests: 1) Please be sure your guests are parking on the street and not on the sidewalk. Blocking the sidewalk in any way is prohibited by Dallas City Ordinances. 2) Please ensure your garbage cans are put out and brought inside in a timely manner. HOA Covenants specify receptacles may only be outside on trash pickup days from 6 am to 9 pm. 3) Dog owners not cleaning up after their pet continues to be a problem. Please scoop the poop. 4) Residents are concerned about cars speeding on Coppertowne Lane. The best way to get attention and assistance from the City for this issue is by dialing 3-1-1 from your phone to report the speeding incident and location. You may use the 3-1-1 number for non- emergency items from the City 24 hours a day. |
