A quorum of 10% of owners is required to conduct business at this meeting. Your vote and your proxy matter! You received a notice of this meeting along with a Proxy Form in the mail. If you can not attend, please fill out the proxy form that was mailed to you and delegate your voting rights to a third party who will be at the meeting.This can be a designated homeowner of your selection or a Board Member. As the mailing date has already passed, do not mail the Proxy form to Goodwin Management. The proxy form that was mailed to you is the only one that will be accepted. Forms that do not include the name of your Proxy delegate will be discarded and considered a non-vote. |
